Casa de Uco is an upmarket wine resort and spa. The latest addition to the luxury wine lodges, Casa de Uco provides a striking presence in the Uco Valley.

Extensive use of glass provides panoramic views across the vineyards.

Solar panels and grassy roofs are fine examples of the sustainability Casa de Uco strives for. The sleek exterior is reflected on the inside with sharp lines, glossy surfaces and minimalist décor but retaining warmth. There are 16 rooms including nine suites and a further two vineyard villas.

The focus here is entirely on the superb wine and gastronomy but there is a spa, mountain bikes to rent and of course, endless views to enjoy.
