Three spacious Relais & Chateaux vessels that accommodate just 20 passengers each, Origin, Theory and Evolve are identical 142-foot-long sister yachts that are made up of 10 deluxe staterooms with full length panoramic windows..

Triple accommodation is possible using a Pullmans berth and two sets of cabins can be interconnected to accommodate a family of up to five. On board are plenty of social spaces including indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a spacious sundeck, fitness centre, an outdoor jacuzzi, wet bar, sun loungers and hammocks. Passionate and talented chefs serve a la carte meals using sustainable, locally sourced ingredients.

We love the elegant minimalist décor of these boats and with two naturalist guides onboard, the ratio of passengers to guide is higher than most operating in the Galapagos Islands.

Activities

Guests can enjoy twice-daily guided shore excursions, with optional water activities ranging from swimming to snorkelling, kayaking and paddle-boarding as well as exploration by zodiacs or a glass-bottom boat. Snorkelling equipment, wet suits, beach towels, double and single kayaks and stand up paddle-boards are all available for guests’ use.

Cruises

Seven night itineraries depart every Sunday with the option to combine back to back itineraries for a more in-depth experience of the entire archipelago.

Sustainability

The company operating these boats opened a state of the art recycling facility in the Galapagos in 2022, ensuring no waste is sent to landfill on the islands. Their cutting edge bow design allows increased speed and reduced fuel usage and plans are also in progress to re-fit all expedition zodiacs with electric motors so reducing fuel emissions and noise pollution further. Voyages onboard these boats also directly contribute to a number of conservation initiatives, supporting ongoing research and the training of local students, inspiring the next generation of conservationists.
